How Do You Poké™ Contest

WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
By participating in the How Do You Poké™ Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to these Official Rules. These Official Rules constitute a binding agreement between you and Western United Fish Co. d/b/a Annasea Foods Group (“Sponsor” or “Annasea”).
GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec).
ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and agencies are not eligible to participate.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, Entrants must make a social media post Instagram or TikTok:
• Entrants must have a valid public Instagram or TikTok account
• Follow @HowDoYouPoké
• Create your own Poké bowl using Annasea products
• Take and post a photo or video of your Poké bowl creation
• Tag @HowDoYouPoké
The Instagram or TikTok post must be made publicly between April ____, 2026 and May _____, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). The Entrants’ post must remain publicly visible throughout the
duration of the Contest Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in disqualification.
WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be determined based on total engagement (including likes, shares, and/or views) on submitted posts during the Contest Period.
The @HowDoYouPoké post receiving the highest verified engagement will be selected as winner(s). The Sponsor reserves the right to review and validate all engagement activity. Any fraudulent, automated, purchased, or manipulated engagement will result in immediate disqualification.
All decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding.
PRIZES
Prizes and quantities will be outlined in the applicable Contest announcement or promotional post.
Approximate retail value of prizes will range from $25 to $500.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, as well as any expenses not expressly included in the prize description.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok or through contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity, eligibility, and execution of a liability and publicity release prior to awarding any prize.
Canadian residents may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of winning.
CONTENT REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Social media @HowDoYouPoké posts made by Contest Entrants must not contain:
• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Illegal activity or promotion of illegal activity
• Political messaging, political advocacy, or politically affiliated content
• Racially charged, discriminatory, or divisive content of any kind
• Hate speech or content promoting harm toward any individual or group
• Violence or dangerous or reckless acts
• Alcohol, drugs, or tobacco references
• Content that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights
Entries must be original and owned by the entrant, and all necessary permissions must be obtained.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify, remove, or reject any entry that violates these rules or is inconsistent with the brand values of Annasea.
LICENSE AND CONTENT USAGE
By entering, you represent and warrant that your submission is original and that you have all rights necessary to grant the license below.
You grant Annasea a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY
By participating in the Contest and tagging @HowDoYouPoké, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Annasea and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Contest, use or misuse of any prize, or use of submitted content.
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, content, and statements for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undelivered entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, connectivity issues, or any errors in administration or processing of entries.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if any factor impairs the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Contest.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
ARBITRATION AND GOVERNING LAW
As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration and waive any right to participate in a class action.
This Contest is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any issue arising from or relating to the Contest shall be in King County, Washington State.
